Why do some orders in the past have the status 'planned' and others 'completed'?

An order can have different statusses.

The Seenons Platform automatically marks orders as completed as soon as our logistics partners notify us as such, or after five working days of the order date assuming no complaints have been registered with us. This enables us to invoice in a timely manner.

Should you have any concerns about an order, you can report that to Seenons at any time in this five working day window, regardless of whether the order was marked as completed by the logistics provider. Please log the issue in our app or contact support and we will gladly help you to resolve it.
