How can I change my payment method?

Log in to the Seenons app:

  • Go to 'Account'
  • Click on 'Change payment method'
  • You now have 2 choices:

If you opt for direct debit, you will receive an invoice at the end of each month and the amount will be automatically debited from your account. As soon as you click on 'update', you will be redirected to a Mollie payment page to transfer 0.01 euros. This allows us to verify your account number.


You can also choose bank transfer. Then you will also receive an invoice at the end of the month, which we ask you to transfer to us within 14 days of receipt.

  • Also check your billing details right away, especially your e-mail address! Then we know for sure that the invoice will arrive every month ;)
  • Then click on 'update' and done!
