I'm not seeing all the locations I should be seeing, what now?

Do you not see all or not the correct location(s) in the app? There are 2 ways to solve this:

  • Are you an admin or administrator but can't find all your branches?
    Read here how to add a new branch.
  • Not yet an Admin in Seenons?
    You will only see the "Manage Users and Branches" option if you are an administrator. Don't see the button? Then ask the administrator of your Seenons account (e.g. your team leader or manager) to add you as a user to a location or branch. Read more about adding a user to a branch here.

Can't figure it out or are you the only user of your Seenons account? Please contact us via the 'support' button in the Seenons app. Please include the name of your company and/or branch and your e-mail address.
