If the waste stream that you want to collect is not listed in the app, you can check a number of things:
- Is the waste stream not in the overview of ‘My waste’? Add the waste stream to your account.
- Is the waste stream also not mentioned when adding a new waste stream in ‘Set up waste pickups’? Then sign up for the waiting list.
- Have you made an appointment with a Seenons account manager about collecting your waste stream? Please contact your contact person and indicate that you cannot register the waste stream in the app.
