You can indeed cancel a collection if it is not yet scheduled. You can recognize this by the 'waste bin' icon.
- Go to "Calendar"
- Click on the 'waste bin' icon next to your scheduled order to delete the order.
Is this icon no longer there? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the order.
