My waste has not been collected, what now?

Ah, that's annoying! 

Indicate in the app that your waste has not been collected:

  • Go to 'Calendar' in the menu
  • Look up the relevant assignment.
  • Click on the 👁 'eye' icon to report a problem with your order.
  • Provide a message for the collector/driver if necessary

We will forward the issue directly to the collector. Our Support team will then contact you to prevent the problem in the future.
