Ah, that's annoying!
If your waste has not been collected, the quickest way to schedule a new assignment is via the app.
Also indicate in the app that your waste has not been collected:
- Go to 'Calendar' in the menu
- Look up the relevant assignment.
- Click on the 👁 'eye' icon to report a problem with your order.
- Provide a message for the collector/driver if necessary
We will forward the issue directly to the collector. Our Support team will then contact you to prevent the problem in the future.
