How can I change the email address for email notifications?

We keep you informed about changed or planned orders through email notifications. You can indicate in the Seenons app at which email address you want to receive the emails;

  • Click on the ⚙️ icon at the top right and click on 'Organization management'*
  • Go to the 'Locations' tab
  • Find the location and click the ✏️ icon on the right
  • Enter the email address and click 'Save'

It is currently not possible to provide multiple email addresses for email notifications.

* You will only see the 'Organization Management' option if you are an administrator. Don't see the button? Then ask the administrator of your Seenons account (e.g. your team leader or manager) to add a user, or to make you an Admin as well.
