How do I see which order or collection are scheduled?

Go to the 'Calendar' in the menu. You will now see an overview of your requested assets (and deliveries of collection resources such as containers):

  • At the top you can set a filter by date. You can look ahead up to 2 months.
  • You can also see the volume, date, status and pick-up point for each order.
  • Through the 👁️ icon you can find more information about the assignment. You can also report a problem there.
  • You can cancel an assignment by pressing the 🗑️ icon.
