You start by choosing a waste stream, for example paper, PMD or food waste.
Go to 'My waste' and click on the "+" sign at the bottom right.
- Choose the waste stream you want collected
- Indicate whether you need a bag, bucket or container to collect the waste
- Choose a delivery time. Here you can read more about when you can have your waste collected
- Follow the steps and check your order
- Are you satisfied with your order? Click on 'Complete' and you're done!
Your first pickup moment has been scheduled. With notifications we will keep you informed when we will be with you.
Want to have another waste stream collected? You can always add extra waste streams. Go back to 'My waste' in the menu. Click on '+ Set up waste pickups' again and choose a new waste stream.
