You can change an order in 2 ways: change/cancel a collection once, or change/remove an entire waste stream.
- Do you want to change or cancel a collection once?
- Go to the 'Calendar'
- Click on the 'waste bin' icon to the right of a collection or assignment
- Schedule a new assignment if desired
Is the waste bin icon no longer there? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the appointment.
- Do you want to change an entire waste stream, e.g. the collection location, how often the waste is collected? Or remove the waste stream completely?
- Then go to the 'My waste' overview
