It can of course happen that the lid or wheel of a wheeled container is damaged. Or maybe your equipment is broken and malfunctioning. You can indicate via the app that your container has a defect:
- Go to 'Equipment' in the menu
- Find the according container or accessory
- The 'Report a problem' button will take you to an application form. If all goes well, a number of fields have already been filled in for you.
- Fill in the form and click 'Submit'
You help us by describing the situation properly and explaining how the problem arose and whether the problem can be reproduced.
