My (press) container is broken, what now?

It can of course happen that the lid or wheel of a wheeled container is damaged. Or maybe your equipment is broken and malfunctioning. You can indicate via the app that your container has a defect:

  • Go to 'Equipment' in the menu
  • Find the according container or accessory
  • The 'Report a problem' button will take you to an application form. If all goes well, a number of fields have already been filled in for you.
  • Fill in the form and click 'Submit'. Our support team will make sure they will provide a solution as soon as possible.

You help us by describing the situation properly and explaining how the problem arose and whether the problem can be reproduced.

If the defective equipment has not been rented via Seenons, it is unfortunately not possible to have maintenance carried out through us.
