How do I log in for the first time?

My company is new to Seenons

Is your organization about to start using Seenons? If so, we have already created an account for you.

  1. Check your inbox: You should have received an email to activate your account.

  2. Use your unique link: Click the link in that email. It is important to use this specific link (or QR code) to ensure your account has the correct features enabled.

  3. Set your password: Follow the on-screen steps to secure your account.

  4. Log in: Once activated, go to app.seenons.com and log in with your new credentials. You’re ready to go!

Missing an email? If you haven’t received an invitation or if the link has expired, go to app.seenons.com and click "Forgot password" to request a new one.

My company already uses Seenons

If your company is already active on our platform and you need to be added as a new user:

  • Contact your Admin: Ask a colleague with administrator rights to add you.

  • How they can help: They can find the "User management" section under the ⚙️ (Settings) icon.

  • Read more about adding users.

I’ve received an invitation

Great! You’ve been invited to join Seenons. Here is how to get set up:

  1. Follow your invitation: Click the link or scan the QR code you were provided. This ensures you are connected to the correct company account.

  2. Register: Follow the steps to create your Seenons profile.

  3. Activate: You will receive a final activation email. Click the link inside to verify your account and start right away!

Link expired? No problem. Just head to app.seenons.com and select "Forgot password" to receive a fresh login link.

Key Improvements Made:

  • Active Language: Changed "how to proceed" to "Get set up" and used clear, numbered steps.

  • "Correct Functionalities" $\rightarrow$ "Correct Features": In English software contexts, we usually talk about "features" or "access levels."

  • Eliminated Redundancy: The original text repeated the same instructions for the link/QR code several times. I streamlined these into concise bullet points.

  • Formatting: Used bolding and horizontal lines to make it easy for the user to find the section that applies to them.

  • Friendly Tone: Kept the helpful "vibe" while making the instructions feel more professional and reliable.
