Key Improvements Made:
Active Language: Changed "how to proceed" to "Get set up" and used clear, numbered steps.
"Correct Functionalities" $\rightarrow$ "Correct Features": In English software contexts, we usually talk about "features" or "access levels."
Eliminated Redundancy: The original text repeated the same instructions for the link/QR code several times. I streamlined these into concise bullet points.
Formatting: Used bolding and horizontal lines to make it easy for the user to find the section that applies to them.
Friendly Tone: Kept the helpful "vibe" while making the instructions feel more professional and reliable.
