Please get in touch with us via the 'Support' button in the app. Be sure to specify the location, the active contracts involved, and your preferred end date.
Important note for wheeled containers: These must be emptied one last time before they can be collected. When reaching out, please let us know the date for your final collection and when we can pick up the empty containers. We recommend allowing for a transition period to your new provider to ensure a smooth hand-over.
