Ah, that's annoying!
To resolve this as quickly and efficiently as possible, it is best to indicate in our app that your waste has not been collected:
- Go to 'Orders' in the menu
- Look up the relevant order and report that issue directly
- Provide a message for the service partner if necessary
- You will immediately be given the option to schedule a replacement assignment. This is always free of charge when you submit an issue.
By registering the complaint in the app, it immediately becomes visible to the service partner. They will let you know why the emptying has not been carried out. Hopefully we can prevent this in the future and structurally improve the service.
