How do I request pickups for a new type of waste?

You can request a new (hazardous) waste contract to get your waste picked up, easy-peasy!

Please note; You can only request (hazardous) waste streams covered by your organisational agreements. Contact your contract manager if you need a waste stream that isn’t shown. In case the needed equipment is not available, reach out to our support.

  • Open the Seenons app and go to 'Contracts' in the menu
  • Click on '+ Request new contract' and the following options will be shown:
  1. Request a new general waste contract
  2. Request a new hazardous waste contract
If you already have a hazardous waste contract:
  3. Request a new hazardous waste stream for an existing contract

1. Request a new general waste

  • Choose the waste stream you wish to have collected
  • Select if you want to rent equipment,  if you have your own equipment or if you want to add a waste stream for which you already rent equipment via Seenons
  • Choose the right equipment you want to have your waste collected in
  • Determine your desired frequency
  • Choose an existing or create a new pickup point and send your request

2. Request a new hazardous waste contract

  • You’ll be lead to a request form where you can request your hazardous waste contract
Please give us as much details about the waste as possible to help us find the right way of processing it.

3. Request a new hazardous waste stream for an existing contract

When you already have a hazardous waste contract, you can request to add a new waste stream to it. You can request this by going

  • To the ‘Contracts’ page in the menu
  • Look for the existing hazardous waste contract and go for any option you’d prefer:
  • ‘View details’ and then click on ‘Request additional hazardous waste stream
  • Request extra’s’ and then ‘Additional waste stream to contract
  • Request extra’s’ and then ‘(Additional) waste pickup’, where you have the option to request an additional hazardous waste stream at the bottom of the page

Each option will lead to a form where you can give more information about the type of hazardous waste you want to have picked up. Include photos for fast processing of your inquiry. We might reach out to you with any additional questions for more specifics about the waste.

After you submit your request:

We’ll assign it to a service partner best suited to pick up your waste. If needed, we’ll contact you to confirm the exact waste type. You’ll receive an email with an estimated pickup date once our service partner confirms they can meet your request.
