1. When requesting a new contract
When requesting a new contract, you can also immediately add a new collection point. Or you can choose to change an existing collection point. You can read more about applying for a new contract here.
2. By changing an existing contract
To change the collection point of an existing contract:
- Go to the 'Contracts' tab in the Seenons app
- Find the contract in question and click on 'View details'
- Click on 'Collection point' and you will see the available collection points. You can now choose to change an existing collection point or add a new collection point.
- Click 'Confirm' to save your changes and send them to the service partner.
3. On the Location tab
- Go to the 'Location' tab in the Seenons app
- Click on the 'Collection points' tab and you will see the available collection points. You can now choose to change an existing collection point or add a new collection point. Please note; When adding a new collection point, you still have to assign it to a contract.
- Click 'Confirm' to save your changes and send them to the service provider.
