Can I leave collection instructions for the driver?

Yes, you can provide a pick-up note for the service partner or the driver. Feel free to share the contact details of your point person! Do this by adding or changing a collection point;

  1. When requesting a new contract
  2. By changing an existing contract
  3. On the Location tab

1. When requesting a new contract

When requesting a new contract, you can also immediately add a new collection point. Or you can choose to change an existing collection point. You can read more about applying for a new contract here.

 

2. By changing an existing contract

To change the collection point of an existing contract:

  • Go to the 'Contracts' tab in the Seenons app
  • Find the contract in question and click on 'View details'
  • Click on 'Collection point' and you will see the available collection points. You can now choose to change an existing collection point or add a new collection point.
  • Click 'Confirm' to save your changes and send them to the service partner.

3. On the Location tab

  • Go to the 'Location' tab in the Seenons app
  • Click on the 'Collection points' tab and you will see the available collection points. You can now choose to change an existing collection point or add a new collection point. Please note; When adding a new collection point, you still have to assign it to a contract.
  • Click 'Confirm' to save your changes and send them to the service provider.

Provide as much detail as possible. For example, a clear landmark or best route to get to the waste. But please try to keep your instructions brief. You can also enter a location name. Easy does it!
