You can easily request to terminate a contract directly through the app.
Navigate: Go to Contracts in the menu to see your current waste streams.
Select: Click the View details button on the contract you wish to remove.
Request Cancellation: Click Cancel contract.
Complete Form: Some details will be pre-filled for you. Fill in the remaining fields and submit your request.
Once submitted, our Support team will contact you to finalize the cancellation and arrange the collection of any rented equipment.
💡 Note: If you only need to cancel a specific pickup—not the entire contract—you can delete the order instead. If the order hasn't been scheduled yet
