Can I place an extra order or waste collection?

You can place the following orders via the Seenons app;

  1. (Additional) waste pickup
  2. Equipment delivery
  3. Equipment removal
  4. Hazardous waste order

Please note; You can only request (hazardous) waste orders covered by your organisational agreements. Contact your contract manager if you need a waste stream that isn’t shown. In case the needed equipment is not available, reach out to our support.

1. (Additional) waste pickup

Once you have a contract, you can request pickups of your waste, no matter if your contract is set to a recurring frequency or waste pickups on request. You simply; 

  • Go to ‘Contracts’ in the menu
  • Click on 'Request extra's' under the correct waste stream
  • Click on '(Additional) waste pickup’ to choose a one-off extra collection time for that waste stream
  • You will now see the dates that days the service partner drives in your area, pick one and click complete

Your request will be forwarded to the service partner. You’ll receive an email notification once they’ve approved your request.

2. Equipment delivery

The way how you can request equipment for the disposal of your waste is dependent of your situation:

2.1 Equipment delivery for new type of waste 

When you want to have a new type of waste picked up, you can request a new contract. There you can indicate what type of equipment or container you need.

2.2 Request an equipment delivery for an existing type of waste

When you want to add additional equipment to an existing contract, you can request an equipment delivery:

  • Go to ‘Contracts’ in the menu
  • Click on 'Request extra's’ under the correct waste stream
  • Click on ‘Equipment delivery’ to get to a request form where you can submit your request

Your request will be reviewed by our support team and processed as quickly as possible. They’ll provide you with detailed information along the way.

3. Equipment removal

For the removal of equipment you have to follow the instructions below:

  • Go to ‘Contracts’ in the menu
  • Click on 'Request extra's’ under the correct waste stream
  • The button ‘Equipment removal’ will lead you to a form where you can submit your request or lets you pick a date;
  • Select the quantity and checkbox if you’re removing all the equipment of the contract

Your request will be sent to the service partner for approval. Once they’ve confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the removal date as confirmation.

4. Hazardous waste order

Hazardous waste orders can be requested by following the steps below:

  • Go to ‘Contracts’ in the menu
  • Then click on 'View details' and download the hazardous waste order form
  • Fill in the form and you'll be able to submit it on the same page or go to the 'Contracts' page
  • Click on 'Request extra's' under the hazardous waste contract
  • Click on ‘Waste pickup' to get to a form where you can submit your hazardous waste order. Submit the hazardous waste form to ensure faster processing of your order.

Your request will be picked up by our support team. You’ll receive an email notification once they’ve approved your request.
