You can change an order in 2 ways: change/cancel a waste collection once, or change/remove an entire contract.
1. Change or cancel an order once
Is a holiday coming up or do you simply have less waste? Cancelling the order and perhaps requesting a new one would do the trick!
- Go to the 'Orders'
- Click on the '🗑️ Cancel order' button to the right of a waste pickup or order
- Request a new order if desired
Is the '🗑️ Cancel order' button no longer there? Then it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the order because the execution date is too close.
2. Change an entire contract, for example the collection point, how often the waste is collected? Or remove the contract completely?
