Your order will move through several stages during the collection process. Orders are automatically marked as Completed once the service partner notifies us, provided no issues have been reported. This automated process ensures timely invoicing.
Please note that feedback from service partners regarding the execution of an order can sometimes be delayed. As a result, your order may remain in Planned status for a period of time.
If you have any concerns, you can report them to Seenons at any time—even if the order has already been marked as completed. Simply log the issue in the app or contact Support; we are happy to help resolve it.
