Collection rules for bins on public streets may vary by municipality or service partner. To ensure a smooth pickup, please follow these standard guidelines:
Verify Your Schedule: Check the Orders overview in the Seenons app to confirm your collection dates and specific service windows.
Strategic Placement: Position your bin at the designated collection point (usually the curb). It must be clearly visible, within 30 meters of the collection vehicle's stopping point, and must not obstruct traffic or pedestrians.
Correct Orientation: Place the bin with the wheels facing away from the street (toward the sidewalk). This allows for efficient handling by the driver or mechanical arm.
Clear Access: Ensure no obstacles—such as parked cars, trees, or poles—block the bin. Unobstructed access is essential to prevent missed pickups.
Secure the Lid: The lid must be fully closed to prevent littering. Ensure only permitted materials are included, as outlined in our Waste Guides.
Timing: Set your bin out the evening before or by the morning of your scheduled date.
💡 Pro-tip: Help your driver by adding specific location descriptions or pickup instructions directly in the app!
