I'm not seeing all the locations I should be seeing, what now?

Do you not see all or not the correct location(s) in the app? There are 2 ways to solve this:

  • Are you an organisation admin or administrator but can't find all your locations?
    Read here how to add a new location.
  • Not yet an organisation admin in Seenons?
    You will only see the "Organisation management" below the ⚙️ icon if you are an administrator. Don't see the button? Then ask the administrator of your Seenons account (e.g. your team leader or manager) to add you as a user to a location. Read more about adding a user to a location here.

Can't figure it out or are you the only user of your Seenons account? Please contact us via the 'Support' button in the Seenons app. Please include the name of your company and/or location and your e-mail address.
